Pay securely
Funds are held until delivery is confirmed, then released to the traveler. Once payment clears, the booking chat opens so you can coordinate with the traveler.
Step 4
Coordinate the handoff
Chat directly in the app and agree on a meeting point and time before the flight. Chat opens once payment is confirmed. All coordination stays in the app.
Step 5
Confirm & done
Once your item arrives, confirm delivery in the app. You have 48 hours to confirm or raise a dispute — nothing releases without your say.
